Blood Necro/Domination Mesmer

I started this character over 2 months ago and have yet to find a skill setup that works. I have reached level 20 but had to die around 400 times to get there. Is there any suggestions for a character Like this as well as any advice that would help beat my double.

I know there is untapped power here I just don't know how

I think Curses work better with a Mesmer. Some of them like Soul Barbs do damage everytime you cast a Hex on an opponent. Since you'll pretty much always be casting Hexes on them, they kind of go together.

If you insist on using Blood then...I'd probably only take a few Blood skills for support, like wells or life-stealing things, and then the rest of my skills would be Domination.
