Warriors Charging for their Service - Whats your opinion?

Only Mesmers can charge for their services man. Since they have the highest learning curve of any class they clearly deserve the cash for all the time and hard work they've spent. That is how it works, right?

So many bad warriors who don't understand the concept of "let the monk regen energy after big battles", or "regen to full health before charging into the next pack of 6 mobs", or "charge/pull mobs from a certain angle so the other 17 mobs won't aggro", or "call target/target called target so the group doesn't end up wipping to 6 mobs all at 10% health".
It is annoying as hell to wait for a warrior to show up after an hour after failing a mission for the 11th times and turns out this warrior doesn't understand the above concept and the group fails again.
So, good warriors should charge a fee for tanking for a group. What do you think?

normally when I play a mission I bring 8 plat with me. I give 1 plat to each member of the team(because we all know that they are worth it...everyone who plays this game should be payed for it in pretend gold)...I then use the final plat as a bonus for whichever player did the best job. I feel as though these players warrent a monetary sum for their contribution in completing the mission.

I think in the end we'll all owe each other zero gp and we'll all win since we worked together as a team. Funny that.

P.S. Xonic, this post isn't really directed at you, please don't take it that way.

Well here's an idea..
Take all these 'charging monks' and 'charging warriors' (and charging whatevers) and put them all in the same district. The charges would cancel eachother out

In all honesty ... I think that you'll end up where you began.
If warrior A is a very well trained warrior has many hours spent and knows his role ... decides to charge?
Well Warrior B sees this and decides 'hey, I'm the same profession as him, but I kill more thing than him, so I should charge too, no?' He then decides to charge and his skill level (little to his own knowledge) is less than sufficient, and his knowledge is not as deep as he thinks. Many times this warrior will charge into mission like thunderhead and charge ... only to fail as a tank or not work as a team member, more as a 'i can do this no problem'
Needless to say have you ever been to Beacons Pearch? So you have a few honest hard working runners there ... you also have 2 times the amount of individuals that will try to scam you. Charging for services is ... well ... a poor idea.
That is not to say that 'Hiring, people to drag you through is bad' just to out right charge is a bad idea.

For every guy who doesn't kill us, we'll pay the monk 100 gp, but for every guy who doesn't kill the monk (which relies on you tanking and me blinding) we get 100gp for the monk.
