Spell Breaker Location

Hello, ive been told i can find the skill in Snake Dance, but im having trouble finding it. I got as far North as I can (dreadnoughts drift) but havnt managed to find the boss. Can sum1 tell me wheres bouts he is in snake dance as its getting pritty annoying now. Thank You

actually, you can find him almost right outside the portal. when you exit camp rankor, just go west as far as you can. however, he is one of the rarer ones.
