vig and abs rune question

What does each level of those runes add?

How much HP does min,maj,or sup vigor rune add?

And what does absorbtion runes do? and what does each level do?

I ask cause I keep hearing about they are good for warriors.

Vigor is like 25,5075 hp added min,maj,sup. Absorbtion is -1,-2,-3 damage I beleive.

Minor Vigor +30 HP
Major Vigor +41 HP
Superior Vigor +50 HP

Yep, HP is 30,41,50. No idea why major is 41 but it is. I've HEARD that absorptions are -1,-2,-3 but I also have alot of friends saying the reduction method is different. Just use the best absorption you can find and don't worry about it .
