elementalist+?

i just got this game and i'm having a really hard time deciding on a character combo. i've finally decided on elementalist as my primary, but can't decide between ranger, necro, warrior, or monk for secondary. i'm leaning towards ranger, is there anything inherintly bad about that combo? or would a ranger primary/elementalist secondary be a better choice for the combo? i'm think necro wouldn't be too good because it would drain my health and energy pretty fast (just guessing though, have no experience with much of the game yet). i don't really want to be a healer so i think monk is out, and i have no idea what a warrior secondary would be like.

There are already numerous threads about elementalists and what secondaries to be. Try searching at The Campfire. There are no bad profession combinations.
