I cant get the "misplaced sword" quest?

I'm in hero's audience talking to Yort the Bronze and he isnt giving me the quest? anybody know whats up? i know i havent already done the quest because i dont have the skills it would have given me(flame burst and some necro skill).

If I'm not mistaken that is the quest to become a secondary warrior. Are you a primary, or secondary warrior currently? That maybe your problem.

no, im E/N and warrior's path is from somebody the Brave in destiny's gorge.

Have you ascended yet?

More importantly, have you talked to Yanii (sp?) since Ascending? The sword quest isn't there until then.....I don't believe.

i have talked to vanyi, i've done hero's journey and hero's challenge(her quests) also.

I'm having the same problem. My other 3 chars I got through here could get it easily, but it won't appear for my Monk.
