Knight Vision [KnV]....we came from Knights of Singularity, which was kinda disintegrating. We went to another guild, and that one wasn't right for us either. So we started our own. We knew we wanted Knight 0r Knights in our name, so we just brainstormed. I was rooting for Wandering Knights, since we've had trouble finding a stable guild home until now.

I made this guild in GW, and right now I'm the only person in it. However the guild has a long, long history outside of GW. I joined another online game when it was in open beta way back in mid-late '93 and met some of the nicest people I've ever met online and they had formed a guild called Order of the Rose, OR for short. I joined the guild because the people in it were nice, friendly and helpful.. as well as the fact that what the guild stood for was something I stood for as well.
I still play that other game, and so do the founders of OR. We get together and play and chat.. well, mostly chat to be honest. The guild over there might only consist of us 3 right now.. because as time went by people drifted away and went to other games and/or we lost contact with a few. But the spirit of the guild and what we stood for still remains.
In fact OR was created shortly after the downfall of INN. They had been part of a guild in Shadow of Yserbius & Fates of Twinion on INN that fragmented when INN went bust. Quite a lot of players actually moved onto this game and formed their own guilds in it. That’s where I met them and started playing and joined OR way back in '93.
I know this is only a 1 man guild in GW. but for me, since GvG and such really isn't my forte... I just couldn't play it and not create the guild. OR means something special to me because of the time I've spent elsewhere playing with others who felt similar to me and who were my friends for all these years.

We chose this name because My Guild Wars RPG character has a name derived from Norse Mythology, and the other member who helped me start the guild has a Mongolian name. So we decided to combine a mongolian and norse name. The Bahadur were mongolian knights and Ragnarok was the end of the world as described in norse mythology. A little hard to remeber for newer guildies but it has special meaning to those who have been there from the beginning.

It started with the tag as it was first started by some fellow fans of the upcoming game trials of ascension. The first part of the name is the name of that game's world. We have an... interesting... origin for our name. We started out (and still are) a group of friends from my school. One of my friends has a 56k connection so we weren't sure we exactly wanted a 56ker on our team. So another friend and I were talknig about Guild Wars. He (friend 1) asked what we were talking about. My other friend (friend 2) looked at something he was drawing (he's a very good artist)that he didnt like so we were mutilating it without actually tearing it. I spilled Dr. Pepper on it. There were spots from the Dr. Pepper. Needless to say he was drawing a hydra.
We eventually convinced friend one that Guild Wars was actually called The Spotted Hydra until release when he told us angrily (who could blame him?) that the guy at the game store laughed at him when he asked about The Spotted Hydra. Good times.

Yup, China has 9.5% econmic growth. the EU is like stagnant, and the US is at 4.25%ish. And soon, China will have more advanced weaponry, with the EU considering an end to the embargo despite American protests, and China purchasing subs/cruisers, etc from Russia.
Only thing about ROC (Taiwan) is that that tiny little island thinks they can break free from China...yeah...sure...have fun doing that. The US may support Taiwan (for American capitalist purposes) but not a good idea to oppose who make your watch straps, toys, and underwear.
