Please Help!!

I am having trouble deciding on what armor to get for my smiter hes a mo/me...please help me on what to get.

For PvE, Tattoos. For PvP, I like Wanderer's/Saintly for the chest (since some Elementalist spells hit the chest automatically), Censor's/Judge's/Wanderer's/Saintly for the legs, and Tattoos for the arms and feet (since they get hit relatively rarely). For solo farming, Censor's/Judge's/Tattoos, depending on how much energy you need.

I found alot of that in droknars....where do i find the rest like saintly and judges? Oh and by the way its for PvP but im on a PvE character.

Wanderer's = Saintly
Judge's = Censor's

They're the same thing.
