Tatics shield 40+health(encht) req 8 or less

shield 40-45 health while enchanted req 8 tatics or less
or 30 health always

I got one that requires 9 tactics but max defense and +45 while enchanted, how much would you pay for it?

Have a almost perfect 16 defense crude shield +29 life perm and -2 received (6% chance) req 9 tactics....

Is that something for u ?
