What is value?

100-150K for the flatbow...but you shouldnt be thinking to use it in PvP. Its pretty fine for PvE though.

I need to add 5:1 String Soon. Thanks. How much is the wrapping worth?

I like for its wide range and rate of fire. I'll probably upgrade 5:1 on it anyway. I usually aim for casters and while they activate spells they are stationary. I play anti-caster ranger/mesmer.

Should I get +5 Armor instead of +27 hp and if I did what would the price be?

ye juliana is bow expert. don't put vamp on flatbow, high arch no hit with -1 hp regen is a very bad combination.
