Energy

Sry for making a thread for such a short question, but the search function just isn't my friend today ...
I was kinda thinking about energy denial in PvP, but would a "mind wrack" (says it rly carefully) do well in PvE?
So actually the main question is, how many energy do the monsters in the PvE world have? Is it like the classes for human players? warrior types => 20, caster types => 30, ...

I have found that feedback will keep mobs from using their spells at all. Sorry I do not have much experience with mind wrack. Maybe someone else can give you better insight, I just wanted to give you an alternative.
