I got this in Borlis Pass...
Iduno why but the colors are inverted.... It's really a Gold Dwarven Armor thing, and I'm sure that I'd probably salvage a rune out of it... but how much $$ could I get for just this Gold un-Id'd item? Should I ID it?

No... this is really the Gold one. It just opened up in my Photo Editor w/ inverted colors.

hmmm, doesnt gold armor usually have a higher armor than 28? so far i've gotten three gold armor and each one had about armor 60. anyway, if it *is* gold, ident it. who knows, you might just get sup vigor or sup absorption. i got a sup vigor on one of the gold armors but the other two turn out major runes.

5k max in all probabality the Unided Gold armor market is Dead for a few reasons.
1. Rune prices are really low
In the old days it was 100k for sup vigor, 10k for most superiors and major vigor and 1k for most majors it made buying Gold Unided armor justifed as with luck the cost could be made up easily. Now with the rune trader there is no real market and any rune can be gotten easily.
2.PvP faction rewards has satsifed most of the good rich pvpers demand for gold armor.
it might take a long while to unlock runes via faction but most ppl would rather have fun doing what they want to do then farmiing or trading to make money to unlock runes.
3. One of the patches changed the sucessrate of rune Salavge from Dropped armor to 100% its stupid now to buy UNIded armor and hope its a superior when you can just buy an guarnted UNided superior for about the same price.
Most Unided sups cost about 5-8k with warriors ones a little more expensive due to the rarity of superior Absorb.
Unided Sup vigors usually cost between 40-60k depending on price of an IDed one on trader.
I say Expert salavage it and see what it is then decide
if its a superior that you need then Id to unlock
if its a major you need id it
