damage +14% while health below 50%
Lengthens Poison duration on enemy
Defense +5 versus Physical

I'm pretty sure thats what it is, just got it in the Fissure and have to leave for a meeting, so the stats may be off slightly. I'll edit the post if anything is wrong. I'm almost positive it has a requirement of 9.

And will I be able to get more from it with better mods?
