WTB Tactics Shield -2 dmg while enchant +health always/while enchant req 8

basically as the title says. I want a shield with -2 dmg while enchant and + health always/while enchanted. should be a good amount of health. if it is a tall shield with high amount of health, I'll take up to req 10. Thanks

Have almost perfect crude shield 16 def req 9 +29 life always -2 received (6%)
