not worth more than 2-3k, as it isnt max dmg, doesnt help casting at all, and the mods arent perfect. well the armor one is, but its not in huge demand (but it should be)

monks have better ways to rid themselves of bleeding, or at least make sure they won't lose too much health..yes, it still is nice for low levels, but that doesnt make it worth a lot
