Alright, here are the stats:

Furious Butterfly Sword of Swordmanship (Gold)

Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (req. 11 Swordsmanship)
Damage +19% (while health is below 50%)
Double Adrenaline on hit (Chance 9%)
Swordmanship +1 (16% chance while using skills)
