gold staves can come with 4 mods, I have seen 2, 3, 4 but haven't seen one with 1 or none. So list all the mods if it has.

You have a pretty good chance of getting that fortitude wrapping then.
Although the female elementalists could probably catch a disease from the small amount of clothing they wear, that's not the best trait to have on a weapon.
So my advice is try to salvage the wrapping.
The price? I'm not so sure of. I'll let someone more experienced with staves to answer that.

ye, salvage it, if you did get the 28 wrap, you can get anywhere from 10k to 20k.
