How many Monuments have u Cleared in UW?

So far ive gotten the ice realm, twin dragons, forgotten vale and up to was either bone pits or death swamp area where there are dead crushers. has anyone been further and also anyone clear the chaos realm area? im lookin for more detailed expereinces of clearing chaos realm and also clearing to the last 2/3 realms that i havent mentioned.
