A very specific item for a Mo/Me that uses illusion magic. While it is nice for the right purpose you are going to have problems finding a good buyer for the right price. If it were mine I would salvage it for either one of those mods which should bring you a decent amount of money.

agree with levi, I would salvage too although +1 19% illusion may not be hotly pursued.
There is no monk with illusion as secondary. At least it doesn't make any sense. Even if there is one, he would prefer a monk weapon instead.

I think the insightful +4 will be 10k+ and I have no idea on that illusion+1(19%). They are pretty rare so they are hard to price.
