The first one might be worth 1 or 2k at max, the second one is worth little to none. Both require too high and the mods aren't great. The collector shields are +45 HP while (Enchanted/Stance) and -2 dmg while (Enchanted/Stance) with 9 req. I'd suggest you just dump both to merchant and save yourself some time.

Actually I believe the collector shields are only while hexed and in stance, but never while enchanted.
Nevertheless, the in stance collector shield is easily better than this one.
