Salvage or shop sell all 4 of those. The mods are worth more than the actual items, and even then none of them are worth that much.

#4 has good odds of netting Parchment with an expert salvage. I seem to have good luck salvaging blue/purple/gold ankhs/idols/etc.

#4 appears to also be a reward item from one of the old ascalon area quests.
In that case, it can't be salvaged.

ye, foci doesn't have energy>50% mode, only reward items.
