Probably 15k-ish, that's slightly more than the value of the Hale head, which isn't a guaranteed salvage. The other mods make up for this, but the fact that it both REQUIRES Fire magic and USES Water magic is enough to turn a lot of elementalists off (most will use only one element and Energy Storage).
