10k-ish for 14% while below 50% hp sound ok since its a sword.
Since its a fellblade you can count on a "good looks" bonus (which is dependent on buyer. Someone that needs this sword to combo with a Over 50%hp fellblade will probably pay 20k+).

Upgrades that share the same spot overwrites the old one (except for Fiery Dragon blades, the fire upgrade part cannot be overwriten).
Also adding an upgrade is most times meaningless since upgrades themselves always go for more (unless its on a 15% 50%hp+ or 20% while below 50%hp weapon).
