air build and drain

Hello, can anyone suggest me(E/Me) good air build for PvE? and where to get Energy Drain[Elite] - mesmer. i've found the information on the bosses but can't find their location

currently using TheGreatBoo's

Energy Tap
Enervating Charge
Lightning Orb
Lightning Strike
Chain Lightning
Whirlwind
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Air Atunement (i changed it ^^)

well, i suggest using elemental attunement as ur elite, since with it, u wont actually need to steal energy. but anyways, the boss is in whitman's folly, which is the small area connecting drocknar's and port sledge. the boss should be wayyy to the east.
