Ok, so I guess you use the Beta Client for the early access of 24 hours before normal launch. At 12:00 am on Thursday, does it like, stop? And you have to go buy? Or what?

This has been answered a few times already, but I'll go over it again just for you 
at 12:01 am PST on Wednesday the 27th you will be able to log in just like with a BWE. the early access period extends for 48 hours according to the FAQ, but it's technically 47 hours and 58 minutes according to more recent information.
So it ends on 11:59pm PST on Thursday 28th. After that you will have to enter a retail CD-Key to keep playing.
Those who didn't preorder will be allowed to start playing on the morning of Thursday the 28th.
This means the preorderers get 24 hours headstart, and 48 hours free play.

Well iam in the UK so the 27th for me is a wednesday.iam hoping to be playing at 8.00am GMT on the wednesday morning.
