I just bought Guild Wars and theres no Serial Code inside the Security Card. Ive sent a help request to the email adress on the Security card but havn't had a reply except sum automated message about it taking them a day to send an email. Anyone know what I can do ? And will they do anything ? I think ive been royal chumped . When i ordered the game i ordered another for a mate and his had a Serial Code in it. Pleas anyones help would be great

Well, we cant directly help you. However, you have taken the right steps to getting help. I would have to guess that yes, they will help you. These things happen, you didnt get chumped, you got unlucky. Since their product came to you incomplete, I would think they will either complete it, or replace it. Just make sure you save your UPC and barcode. Actually, save everything.
