If it helps, both items are rare, but I don't know if that makes a difference.

), but I'll write the prices I think are appropriate and see if I'm in the ball park when expert give their opinion (I'm basing my estimates on prices I've seen on this site).
The best of the 2 is definitively the axe, because it's max damage. The 2 other attributes are great too (altought I don't know if it's the maximum bonus you could have for these attributes). I think I could see it going for 50K or 60K.
The sword isn't bad either, but 1-it's not max damage and the 11 swordmanship's requirement is a bit high. It's still a good weapon, though, so I'm guessing 10K to 15K.
We'll just have to wait for some people that really know what they are talking about if I'm getting the hang of this. :crossesfinger:

First one will go for a lot mainly because of 7 req. I'm thinking 100k+ here for #1. #2 around 8-9k max because of the sundering. Below 50% damage isn't very popular so yeah.

60-80K for #1. Although req is great, its still a hammer, and unless its a mursaat, very people will pay 100K+ for any 15>50 hammer, let alone a 14>50 one.
The Requirement part is sometimes overemphasized. ALL Hammer Warriors would be having a HM of 10+. The Req 7 just means that, when starting a new char, you can use this hammer a few hours earlier, heh.
The 10/8 Sundering Hilt could go upto 15K if you can salvage it. But the sword itself would be around 5K.

I guess anarkii is right, but i heard some rumor that your crit ratio will be higher when using low req weapon.
So I checked technical corner (as in daoc and eq, it is usually the place to discuss dmg output, style dmg etc), and found it is about computer hardware.
