Not sure how much this hammer is worth, particularly since it is a risk salvaing.

Damage 19-35 (req 12 hammer)
Vampiric 3/-1
Damage +14% when enchanted
+1 Hammer mastery (15% chance)

I have a feeling very little, but could some help me out

I'd say at most 5k because of that requirement. The mods are also right in the middle of being crap and perfect, so yeah 5k IF that if you sell it like it is. The DMG mod is good though; I think enchanted is the next best thing next to 15%>50% hp.
