Team Arena Deserves More Factions

Been playing a bit team arena these days...

the arena there can go all the way to 30 minutes of pure battling... but we still get 10 faction and also that 30 minutes battling only have 6-8 death on each side.... In that sense, wouldn't you might as well just play random arena to get mroe faction? Because 30 minutes for 22-24 faction aren't worth it when you can just do random arena and get 18 in 3 minutes.

The scenario you stated is balanced by the fact that often I will make a pickup group and then get completely annihilated instantly by a team running a proper group build.

Last time, I was introducing a friend to GW PvP, we went to arena and grabbed 2 strangers, and the first battle we came up against someone running a mass minion build.... and was killed in about 10s. :P

So if you're playing team arena, you can probably get faction really fast when you meet teams like me :P

If anything it needs to be dropped. Our record is 92 stright wins in the team arena. The faction we recived from that was about the same if not more to spending an equal amount of time in the tombs (And winning!) Not sure where the damn pic of that is. Will get a mate to post it here.

Over what time period? The reward for 92 victories (all flawless) is only 1140. Since the you get the streak bonus every 5 matches, thats an extra 180 for a total of 1320. I have a hard time believing you would have equaled what you got in Tombs, much less exceeded. I believe that equal time in Tombs, will almost always give more faction than Team arenas. The exception being when you have a 2 hour long battle in the HoH or are forced to wait 30 minutes to get into the hall.

If you killed all four opponents in each fight you'd get closer to 2000 faction, but yeah, its not incredibly fast. I don't think its supposed to be, If all your interested in is faction, then GvG is probably the way to go.

Gotta agree here. GvG gives a nice amount of faction. And if you do automatches (I think it was automatches ), it is very easy as well

Remeber that the tombs only give more faction if you're winning, which is ALOT harder then in the 4 vs 4 areans. 92 wins was only 2,000 faction? Felt like more to me. Faction isn't something to farmed anyway. I only brought this up as a point of reference.
