That mod of the first one is perfect. You might get like 35-40k for the hammer itself. The mod should fetch 50k+.

The second one is salvage material. I'd say 1-1.5k tops as is since you risk either getting the icy or the shelter mod. The shelter mod is perfect and I would estimate you could sell it for 5kish.

The 12 req kills the price of that first hammer but the mods ARE great. I'd say around 50k.
