Cold dmg 15-28 (req 9 mark)
dmg +12% (while health is above 50%)
armor +5 (vs elemental attacks)

I'd say around 5-10k could be more. I know peole like half moons and this one has a good requirement of 9 and is 12>50 so yeah prob 10k or perhaps more.
