teny10 should get the full amount since there is no collector cane req inspiration. Actually I believe there is no weapon based on inspiration.

please read the description again trackxyj. i know that there is no cane req inspiration, nor did i ask for one. the cane i want is req domination and 20% inspiration recharge.
