How much energy per second do you get from one arrow and how much life per second do you get from one health arrow?

just asking because im wondering how good blood ritual is in terms of mana.

i believe that it is currently:

1 pip of energy = 1 energy per 3 seconds

1 pip of health = 2 health per second

hence 3 pips of energy equates to 1 energy per second and 7 pips of health equates to 14 health per second.
