"spells"

if i play something like choking gass, does this also affect hexes and enchantments?
they usually state 'hex spell' or 'enchantment spell'

i'm considering a caster harass build with a shortbow:
practised stance
choking gass
nature's renewal
res signet

still open for suggestions for things that would nicely fit in...
and offcourse: would this be enough to shut a caster down?

You can interupt the casting of enchantments or hexes, but hitting someone already experiencing the effects of a completed E or H will not magically make them disapear.

Id add debil shot for more anti-caster.

I'm really a big fan of Quickening Zephyr/Oath Shot spamming to reset skills quickly. Practiced Stance won't help with anything else.
