SUNDERING BOW STRING 10% armor penetration,(9% chance)

Just like you read above. 10% is perfect obviously. so i won't try to sell this for 50k like perfects are, but this is still pretty dam good. do you realy think you will notice a 1% chanc difference? not really. but i realise how important perfection is to people. Well, it is to me atleast. so lets start bidding at 20k.
