Is it just me or is Peace and Harmony really weak to deserve the Elite tag? Compared to the other energy gaining devices out there is seems a tad wimpy, at only 0.25-.81 pips* with restrictions on how you play during that time and a really long recharge so you are in trouble if it is stripped off. I'd post a suggestion on it, but I imagine that they can fix it if it needs it, just thought I'd inquire if I am way off? Given that you can't attack or cast a spell that targets an opponent?
* at 30 seconds duration you can have the spell up only half the time, so although you get .5 pips (you gain 10 extra in 30 seconds at a cost of 5)during it's active portion it is actually closer to .25 pips over a prolonged period. Likewise, the upper figure of .81 is because you gain 26 extra energy over 78 seconds, minus the 5 cost is a net of 21 over 78 seconds; this is 21/26 of a pip or ~.81 pips.

Peace and Harmony is trash. Don't use it.
That said, a minor cooldown buff, say down to 30 seconds, would make it reasonably playable.

i second the cooldown idea to P&E.

Just to clarify - lowering the cooldown would allow you to maintain Peace and Harmony on multiple Monks, which leaves the skill weak, but playable - the minimal time commitment means it might make the cut. With a long cooldown, it's a 'one Monk only' kind of skill, which makes it trash when other energy gain elites net around 3 pips per skill.

Peace and Harmony is the only way to make my Divine Boon template work without having to bring a BiP Bot every time I join a fight. Don't wanna miss it anymore. =D

Right, that's roughly what I thought.
