Combine Spirit of Failure with Blindness?

Hey I have a question:

Spirit of Failure makes the attackers miss 1/4 of the time and I gain some energy every time they miss. If I were to combine this with blindness, which makes attacker miss 95% of the time, would I get energy for almost every attack they make, or would it still be confined to the original 1/4?
