That's not really worth anything.
The collector gives one that's +27 energy and +30 health with the same requirements as that.
Sadly, that makes yours an item to be pawned to the merchant.

I believe it's somewhere in the desert.
Maybe the iridescent griffon wing collector at the teleporter near the exit to Arid Sea and Vulture Drifts.
