If I were you, I'd try to get the health pommel out of the long sword.
Sell it for ~30-40k.
Any offers you get on the sword would be for the chance to salvage, so might as well do it yourself unless you're hard pressed for the money. As is, probably 15-20k for the sword.
Nice aegis, you could easily get 30-35k for it. Probably more, but tactics shields aren't that high in price.
The axe maybe 20-25k. Mostly because of the health grip.
