and there is reg of 13 Tactics, yes i know : ( is it worth something because someone could be using 13 lvl tactics . so help me !

the 13 tactics is a huge setback when it come to selling items, not many people have their tactics that high (12 is usually MAX when it comes to builds). I would say 20-40k at the most.
