Hey, I only got to play this past BWE and didn't get to try out alot of warrior skills. This build is just based on what I've looked up on skills.
Axe Mastery 11
Taticts 10
Healing 10
Cleave *
Dismember
Axe Rake
Swift Chop
Vigorous Spirit
Healing Signet
Healing Breeze
Balance Stance
Like I said I only got to play this past BWE so if this is like a total newb build sorry. Also I'm more focused on PvE. Open to any feedback.
PvE w/mo build what do you think?

If you want some decent PVE warrior ideas, check out the Warrior Guide.
A few quick points:
Balanced Stance and Axe Rake are nearly useless as PVE skills. You'll rarely find yourself being knockded down, and criticals shouldn't worry you much either.
I'm not a fan of swift chop either, there aren't that many enemies that dodge/block you.
Don't overlook a skill like Watch Yourself, it's a permanent +20 to your armor if you can remember to activate it every 5-9 seconds (depending on your tactics attribute.) If you can't learn how to do that, then you'll probably struggle.
Personally I'd drop Healing Breeze and go with Mending on a PVE warrior, even though mending gives you less benefit per point of energy spent, it's a passive bonus so you never have to stop attacking to cast a spell, and at 10 energy, healing breeze will eat a big chunk of your energy pool when you need to use it. On top of that, healing breeze is a capture-only skill as far as I know, so you'll have some difficulty finding it (unless things have changed since the last BWE).
Finally, you have to choose between Tactics and Strength, and Strength will give you extra damage. You can also pick up a stance for attacking, like Battle Rage or Berserker Stance.
It's not wrong to go with Tactics, but you have to know what you're giving up to do it.

well if you have healing then you dont really need healing signet as it make you take double damage when you use it,
i recomend using Live Vicariously because it makes it so every time you attack you gain hit points, and it is an enchantment so it doesnt go away but limits your energy regeneration arrows. very usefull if you are in the thick of combat and dont want to waste time trying to heal.

I like Healing Signet cause it doesn't cost any energy to cast, so if I'm in the thick of battle and realized I don't have energy I can still heal. But thanks for the insite, I may change it depending on if what I have is working or not. Thats the great thing about this game, if you don't like something you can change it you're not stuck with it. Thanks again for the comments. ^^
