Do you think that A.Net is ignoring lag issue on European servers?

Yes i know there are many post about that but i feel that not enough since we dont have any statment about that ,so maybe when a lot of us say that ...

I feel ignored and ITS NOT A FAULT of my HARDWARE OR CONNECTION ( with they want to blame...)
...they will explain whats happening.
I really dont like whinning but i really like this game , first mmog that i dont need grind ...or run in rat race for lvl...but since that *update* its often unplayable...a lot of us send support tickets ...it helped ?Not at all most of us had hope that friday update will do somethnig about that...but they nerf only armour ...i dont say that its bad ...but i would prefer play agains player with better armor with no lags than freezing,stacking ,teleporting and all that we see on our screens...then at least i could have chance to play...so speak loud what you feel about that...
