hard to say... it is Earth Magic Req, but is fast cast smiting. There are lots of El/Mo's out there, but you'd have to find the right one... I'd say 5k to one that needs these specs.. much less to anyone else

It is a very nice earth scroll with maxed stats. Since elementalists are always enchanted, I think you can get at least 10K+ without any problem. If I don't have my godly scroll, I would offer 15k myself. The smite is wierd though, since most e/mo will pick either heal or proc spec, and smite is kinda useless.

There are e/mo farming build, but hey, they should know better to use a staff.

There is a specific ele farming build that goes earth/smite magic.
This would be perfect, but there's only one person I ever knew who used that build to farm...and they haven't been online in forever.

Nice perfect health mod though.
