You should salvage the war hammer for sure. Sell the grip for 15-20k.

You should probably also salvage the sword, but the risk is yours. 29 fortitude pommel could get 40k easily, maybe even more. Frankly, I haven't seen many people ask for a brute sword. They look...brutish. Plus the req and damage mod isn't the best.
