Ok i wnt either fire staff/wand or raven staff fire damage (dnt mind how much dmg) Bonuses either improve skill recharge or casting time usin fire magic.

This improves Skill Recharge of ALL Skills. If you are interested in skill recharge of Fire Skills only, theres nothing better than the collector staff.
