I've got a max damage battle axe with 8 req +13% while above 50% HP and +1 Axe mastery while using skills (11%)

and can anyone tell me what a Perfect Bowgrip of Fortitude is worth (+30HP)

That axe is worth about 15-20k.

The bowgrip is more like 100k.
