Ascalon Setlement bug?

I apologize for bad grammar and if this is in the wrong place.(I'm slightly under the influence right now) Just wanted to say that twice now with two different characters I've experienced a bug in ascalon setlement. When I bring Devona and the group to the setlement I get the quest done and Captain Greywind offers the skills from it... The problem is that when I get them i don't equip them. When I talk to him again to get the quests he offers, he's still offering the skills and nothing else.

YES! I have noticed this too! In fact, I escorted them to Greywind yesterday with my warrior/mesmer. The warrior skill equipped OK but the mesmer skill wouldn't though it was listed in my skills list. Consequently I couldn't finish the "deliver the goods" quest OR get the next 'leg' of it either. So...in frustration I went out and chased the prize pig.

I sent in a /bug report on the same thing. If you zone over to Nebo Terrace and back, it should advance.

That was the quickest/easiest thing I could think of to reset the zone. Since there's no fighting from the settlement to the portal and back, it made for a safe return.

i myself havn't seen that bug, but i have a question with the pig quest....the ettin's if you don't kill the first 2-4 fast enuff, more come out, i havn't tested it but is it possible to keep the ettin's coming out over and over again? i haven't finished the ascalon settlement yet because i like to bring them out with me to kill all the tengu, and it helps a bit with the ettins as well or any other place there as long as you don't zone. Altho it seems they get part of the gold and items as well cause i never seem to get a real lot when i bring them with me just to farm the tengu, but it helps a lot when going to the collector out there on the far left.

Yep. Same here. I went to the Nebo Terrace and went back to him and it was fixed/resetted...

But the same thing happened with the Forgotten Ones quest (for 15 attribute points). I went to the serpent you need to see, accepted the reward but accepting the new quest didn't work.
