WTB axe and elementalist weapons

Ok need a handaxe with +15%dmg (while enchanted, its req. must be 11 or lower). The elementalist weapon can be a staff or a wand, but Im ONLY looking for FIRE and AIR weapons, req. 11 or lower also. Im fond of ghostly staffs so if you have em post it's stats please, I'd like it if it had +skill recharge/skill speed, but not necessary.

I guess I forgot to mention....no collectors items plz. I also want ONLY and ONLY a handaxe with +15% dmg while enchanted. And any type of elementalist weapon specified in my first post.

Although those are nice items howard, Im only looking for the handaxe graphic now.
