PC on very nice Gold Axe

Damage +16% (while health below 50%)
Life stealing: 2
Health regen: -1
Armor +6 (vs elemental attacks)

Thoughts or ideas? I have no idea on how to determine prices on this stuff. (Suggestions on future price figuring would be appreciated.)

while it is quite good, it should not fetch over 1k, for 2 main reasons:

Below 50% is an un-desired stat - most people stay above 50% where possible (thus hardly ever get the benefit of damage increase)
13 requirement is high
