WTB 2 GOLD Staffs recharge/speed 10/10!!!

I'm looking for two staffs!
Gold, max dmg+energy, skill recharge 10% and Casting speed 10%!!!
One requiring Domination Magic and the other requiring Air Magic, but both not more than 12 (look picture)!!!
The staves don't need to have any upgrades on it! Only upgrades I'd like are Hale Head or Wrapping of Fortitude, Health +30!!!
